Our goal is to raise quality animals, provide people quality meat, and help restore the native environment while we are at it. Our family has been raising Bison for over 30 years. We feel strongly that happy ethically raised bison, and properly managed soil and water resources, are the key to bringing back the species to its former glory, and restoring our natural environment.

We believe the best way to restore bison is to eat bison. It sounds counter intuitive, however the majority of the grassing land in the U.S. is used by cattle. Cattle are not only a non-native species but they have been domesticated for thousands of years to stay in one place and this is not conducive to regenerative land practices.
